This is the rugged landscape in the Cross Lake area. Pretty much a moonscape.
The fox obviously has been snacking on the cariboo carcasses that we spotted from the air.
This is what its all about: rusty rocks and choppers!! Instructions to the field crews was quite straightfoward: "find more".
