Sleep training

We have introduced a new friend to Estelle as part of our new sleep training program (not necessarily sleeping through the night, as many new parents hope for - we'll start with sleep for more than 2 hours at a time and not going down screaming) This little bunny was given to Estelle by Aunty Katherine when she was born, but our sleep expert book suggests choosing a lovey for your little one, to help them "self-soothe" when trying to fall asleep. It's a rather puffy (Janette!) little bunny, and quite adorable... our question to you is - what should we call him? (or is it a her?)

Lynn suggests the traditional "Peter" as in Peter the Rabbit. A good compliment to reading Beatrix Potter stories as a bedtime routine. Lynn wonders if your little munchkin is still hungry when she is going to bed, (or gas, or just lonely) - where did we put the manual??? Sometimes we found that Pachelbel's Canon was a very nice piece of music to play. It sooths the parent, and sometimes the child.

Good luck, Love, and Patience.

Bonne chance. X0X0 Mémé
