We are still picking dirt out from under our fingernails from our recent camping trip to the Oka provincial park. It was high time that Alice got her first taste of the bush life (though, neither Guy nor Lucy would call this true "roughing it") This lovely park is only a short 30 minute drive from home, and we got to enjoy rain, sun, sand, and poison ivy (don't worry, we steered clear) We're here! This tent is almost as good as a jumpy jump! Corn on the cob, fresh from the farm. Ribs on the fire. Better than Baton Rouge. Preparing for the duel... Friday night - spaghetti in the vestibule. Guests! Daddy, do your ears need tickling. Time to go home again. (Were you curious about the beach? Apparently around the bend from our family beach, there is a private nudist beach. You'll have to check it out for youself...)
